If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it for a full refund. Returned items must be in unworn, unwashed and original condition.

All Party dresses and products on sale are final sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted on these items.

All eligible exchanges/returns must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

To start the return process, please email us at info@coolkloset.com and indicated order number and reason for the return in the subject line of the email .

We may need more Information to process the return.
